Where does the signature crunch come from?

It's the phyllo dough, made only from wheat flour, water, and salt—no preservatives, additives, or artificial coloring. The dough is shredded and baked to perfection. This what fills each delicious Dubai-Style Chocolate Bar.

  • From raw strands

    Kataifi dough is made from wheat flour, salt, water, and the dough is finely shredded until it resembles angel-hair pasta (but thinner).

  • To timely toasted

    To achieve that signature crunch, the katafi is lightly toasted, and constantly agitated to ensure an even crispiness.

  • And paired with pistachio

    Once fully toasted, the kataifi is mixed into the pistachio cream to make the filling of the Dubai-style Chocolate Bar.
